A NOTE FROM JP
Every vintage tells a different story. Even when I’m working with the same grower, the same parcel, the same vines, the wine will never be identical from one year to the next. That’s exactly what I love about this world. Soil, weather, geology, grape varieties, and each winemaker’s hand all shift a little every season. Those changes are what give real wines their character.
My job, and honestly, my joy, is to be there for it. I travel several times a year to visit every estate I work with, whether in France, Spain, Slovenia, or here in the U.S. I walk the vineyards, I taste from barrel and tank, and I only buy the wines I believe in. That’s the promise. Nothing gets into our portfolio unless I’ve stood with the producer, understood their work, and tasted the wine myself.
When you choose JP Bourgeois, you’re choosing honest, traditional, small-estate wines. Wines made by families, not factories, and you’re getting the best taste and value I can find anywhere.

OUR PRODUCERS
We work with small family estates that have tended their vines for generations. Many farm organically or biodynamically and hold EU Organic, DEMETER, or BIODYVIN certifications. Others follow the same natural methods their families have used for centuries.
JP spends time at each estate, tasting the wines and getting to know the growers so we can share bottles that reflect real places and real people. By supporting these families, we help preserve a way of life while bringing you sustainably grown, thoughtfully made wines.
