In the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, the vines of La Croix St. Jean express all their typicity from clay-sandy soils and the warm Mediterranean climate. Eco-friendly winemaker Florencia Stoppini has handcrafted this lovely wine with a bright golden hue, a complex nose with aromas of white flower, ripe white and exotic fruits, and hints of vanilla. On the palate this wine is round, rich, and aromatic with notes of pear and honey and a long mineral and smoky finish. Pairs well with seafood and poultry dishes.
