Every year, I get asked the same question: What wines should I pour for Thanksgiving? So, here are the six bottles I’ll be opening at my own table

There’s a chill in the air, the moon’s a little too full, and we’ve been mixing potions (aka pouring orange wine) just for you. Halloween might be the spookiest night of the year, but for us, it’s really just another excuse to celebrate all things weird, wild, and fermented.

This season, our cauldron has been bubbling with wines that defy convention, skin-contact whites that shimmer like candlelight, pét-nats that fizz with mischievous energy, and bottles that seem brewed by moonlight itself. If there’s ever been a wine made for Halloween, it’s orange wine: part science experiment, part alchemy, and 100% magic.
