Questions? We can help.

The Canteloup vineyards are committed to respectful, reasoned, and sustainable viticulture. Everything that contributes to promoting aeration and the microbiological life of its soils is encouraged, to allow the vine to draw from the soil all the elements it needs. This biodiversity will be stimulated in particular by working the land, with alternating worked soil/grassed soil. The gesture of the winegrower is precise and experienced: pulling the wood, desuckering, lifting, topping.

The efforts made by the Estate to preserve its ecosystem and enhance its terroir were rewarded in 2019 with level 3 HVE (High Environmental Value) certification. This level is the highest degree of certification and guarantees environmentally conscious viticulture. and promoting biodiversity. An important development for this generation, which is constantly thinking about the future, while taking care of its heritage.

The Château Canteloup, located in the village of Saint Caprais de Bordeaux on the right bank of the Garonne River, spreads over 170 acres of vines and forest, an ideal site for sustainable farming. The Latorse family has always been at the forefront of innovation in new technology while maintaining a great sense of tradition in earth-friendly winemaking.
