Mathieu Leboeuf grew up in the Charentes countryside, where distillation is part of everyday life. Résidence French 75 (with Philippe Fontaine Tradition)

Ingredients
- 1 oz Résidence Organic Distilled Gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz Philippe Fontaine Champagne Tradition
- Lemon twist
Method
Shake gin, lemon, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Philippe Fontaine Tradition and garnish with a lemon twist.
The Bacchanalian (with Résidence V.S.O.P. Cognac)
